Fair. Private. Fast.
Mediatery helps people resolve disagreements through AI analysis and independent panels — without lawyers, courts, or drama.
Three ways to resolve
AI Mediation
Our AI analyzes both sides of the dispute privately and fairly. Neither party sees the other's exact words — only AI-generated neutral summaries. The AI identifies common ground, contested points, and recommends a fair resolution with clear reasoning.
Best for: Straightforward disputes where you want a quick, fair analysis. Most disputes resolve in under an hour.
Crowdsourced Mediation
An independent panel of verified mediators reviews your case anonymously. Each panelist votes independently — no one sees another's vote until all are in. Majority rules. Every panelist provides written reasoning for their decision.
Best for: Complex disputes or when you want human judgment. You can also escalate an AI mediation to a panel.
Quick Opinion
Not ready for formal mediation? Get an assessment of how strong your position is. Our AI (or a panel) reviews your side and gives you a candid, honest read: strong, moderate, or weak — with reasoning.
Best for: Testing the waters before committing to a full mediation process.
How it works
Tell your side
Answer guided questions about your dispute and upload any evidence. Your exact words are never shown to the other party.
The other party responds
We send a warm, non-coercive invitation. They see a neutral AI summary of your claims (not your words) and share their side.
Analysis & resolution
AI or a panel reviews both sides, weighs evidence, and delivers a fair resolution with clear reasoning.
Move forward
Both parties receive the resolution simultaneously. Not satisfied? Appeal with new evidence, or escalate to a human panel.
Our commitments
- Privacy first. Neither party ever sees the other's raw submission. Real names are never shared.
- No pressure. Participation is always voluntary. We never guilt, shame, or coerce.
- Fair pricing. Clear, upfront fees. If the other party doesn't participate, only the $14.95 initiation fee applies.
- Independent panels. Panelists are anonymous, trained, and never see each other's votes until all are submitted.
- Not legal advice. We're mediators, not lawyers. Our resolutions are recommendations, not binding judgments.
